These bags are handy when traveling for carrying jewelry or other small precious items. 7" x 5.5" A multitude of dragonflies in different sizes and winged patterns in shades of red, white, blue and tan on deep indigo background.

    Hand malas (or "pocket malas") consist of 27 beads, one-quarter of a full sized mala. Finished with a handmade cotton tassel. An elegant mala of smooth jet-black stone finished with a black onyx guru bead. In the Tibetan tradition, black is associated with the protection principle, the guarding of awareness and dispelling of obstacles. In the Zen tradition, black connotes emptiness.

Light lotus seed is a pale beige with black specles, a pattern called "moon and stars" in Asia. This imported mala is finished with a red or maroon endless knot. Marker beads may be special ordered for an additional $8.00 to $10.00 depending on the number added to the mala. Placement of markers can be arranged according to one’s meditation tradition.
